We will be housed in the
Texas A&M University Dormitories.

Complete meal plan will also be included.

Rooms are monitored by BOB representatives
and hired counselors.

Any and all students not following the policies
in place will be sent home and the 
non-refund policy will apply.

If you will be flying in for the conference,
please provide the following information, ASAP:

           1. ARRIVAL AIRPORT (Lovefield or DFW)
           2. AIRLINE (i.e. Southwest, American Airline)
           3. FLIGHT NUMBERS FOR BOTH ARRIVAL &  DEPARTURE
           4. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
           5. TERMINAL and GATE NUMBERS, if possible.

Once we have everyone's flight information,
we will assist in the schedule for pick-ups and drop-offs.
