The BLAST OF BRASS ensemble was created to be a demonstration group for our summer brass conference.  The group is used to allow the faculty to "set the standard" of the caliber expected during the conference.  We accompany the Featured Artist on solos along with performing a full concert of large and medium size brass choir material.  The ensemble also features its sections, such as the horn section performing as a quartet.
